FIRST. It is probable that proportion of vacancies on CA staff Hongkong WEs will have to be filled from Offrs ORS and Civilians now in Far East. Meanwhile units of CAS are forming here because formed units essential to enable us retain against WE vacancy suitable candidate as they come forward.
